In this space we talk about how our security guards are selected upon merit and how we mould and shape them through our trainings to be a well disciplined and professional Security guards.

SELECTION

Lions Guard Secure Solutions PNG offers professionals of the highest standards. A detailed background checks and skills assessment, during which all employees’ previous history regarding protective skills, planning ability and people skills, were done before employment. In addition, our Security Officers are those with Secondary Schools Grade 10 & 12 Certificates who are good English speakers. Some of our 

security guards are college and university students who have not completed their studies due to their own personal problems. 

TRAINING

We, as Lions Guard Secure Solutions PNG, believe that providing trainings of the highest standards to personnel employed as protectors, in both Government services as well as with the private sectors is priority. Training is an ongoing process to keep the personnel alert. All our staff are going to be trained in the following areas; 

☑️Para- medics (First Aid, CPR, etc.) 

☑️Firefighting drills/skills 

☑️Unarmed combat/ Self-Defence  

☑️Physical Training 

Lions Guard Secure Solutions PNG is now planning to affiliate with PNG Fire Services and St. John’s Ambulance who will provide trainings in terms of First Aid and other Life Saving Procedures (Para-medics) and Fire Fighting Skills to our Guards and Staff here at Lions Guard Secure Solutions PNG.
Our security guards are also given lectures for two weeks in the following areas;

☑️Self-Control & Discipline Standards
